1. Follow these steps on How to log on as an Administrator

Step 1: Follow the steps to Enable Built-in administrator.
Press Windows + X key together on your desktop screen.
Click on PowerShell (admin)
Blazon or re-create/paste the following command and press Enter:
net user administrator /active:Yep
Now log off from the current user and endeavor to login to the administrator account that is enabled.
Note: Please follow the same steps and blazon net user administrator /active:no to disable admin business relationship after the troubleshooting is washed.
Pace two: Alter the account type.
Press Windows + R keys from the Keyboard.
Type netplwiz and click on Ok.
Click on the Users tab.
Under Users of this computer: select the account you want to modify.
Click on Backdrop push button.
Nether Grouping Membership tab and select Administrator as user account type.
Click on Apply and Ok.

Have tried it yesterday, when i was in safe fashion and did this in cmd internet user ambassador, i notice that the status of my admin business relationship is active already, so i decided to effort lock screen by pressing windows 50 since I'm in safe fashion, luckily i saw my admin account and access to it. So i get to manage my accounts and change my local account and prepare it as my new administrator. Problem solved!

Execute this command in command prompt.
c:\>internet user Administrator /active:yes

Click/Tap on the Ability button nether the Beginning Menu or on the lower right-paw side of the Login screen, printing and concord the Shift key, and click/tap on Restart.
This will open a command prompt at kicking, type:
net user Administrator /active:yes
If not working:
In the control prompt, blazon regedit, and press Enter.
In the left pane of Registry Editor, click/tap on the HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE cardinal.
Click/tap on File (menu bar), and on Load Hive.
Open the bulldoze (ex: D ) that you have Windows ten installed on, and scan to the location beneath. Notation: The bulldoze letter (ex: C) will not always be the aforementioned at boot as it is from within Windows x.
D:\Windows\System32\config
Select the SAM file, and click/tap on Open.
In the Load Hive dialog, blazon REM_SAM, and click/tap on OK.
In the left pane of Registry Editor, navigate to and open the key: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\REM_SAM\SAM\Domains\Accounts\Users\000001F4

Close Registry Editor and the command prompt.
Click/tap on Continue to startup back in Windows 10.
